Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 2070 platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 2070 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
2070 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users who fail to submit the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may have their account access restricted until verification is complete.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 2070 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 2070 platform agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that contravenes these terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems
- Identity fraud or the use of false information during registration or transactions
- Any form of account transfer or sale to a third party
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Harassing other users or platform staff through any channel
2070 reserves the right to investigate and take action against any user suspected of violating these rules without prior notice.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 2070 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported payment methods, including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and other local methods listed on the platform.
Deposit
Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method and may change from time to time. All confirmed deposits are final and cannot be reversed. 2070 is not responsible for any processing delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and identity verification before processing. Processing times typically range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen method.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses offered, including the welcome bonus and other promotions, are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users must fulfil these requirements before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. The full terms for each bonus are stated on the respective promotions page.

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and visual elements on the 2070 platform are the exclusive property of this platform and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from 2070.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
2070 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, failure to submit verification documents, or at the user's own request. Any legitimate remaining balance in a closed account will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, unless a confirmed violation warrants the freezing of funds.
Changes to These Terms
2070 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
